What stats worked in your favor? In the post I responded to, you said that if there was one profession with an abundance of black people it is teaching. Blacks comprise about 14% of the USA population. Black teachers comprise about 7% of teachers. That is a pretty large under representation.

I thought over dicisipline meant unfair dicisipline. It's according to franchiseblade's video black kids aren't taught to behave properly so the the school has to adjust to lack of parenting.

At least we are at the real issue, parenting

CFISD has 13% black teachers. More than the national average. This isn't a problem there. There are only so many teachers

Little do you know, you're reinforcing the point the Audit, and others have been making.

You were done before you started.

Nobody had said that there weren't additional problems facing black students.

Any additional challenges they face doesn't change what happens in schools. In fact, it's more of a reason for the schools to to improve and try to get it right.

So you agree broken homes start education problems.? All this time you disagreed until a liberal icon said it? You're fixated on liberalism and not solving problems.

I don't care what his solutions are in the schools, schools aren't responsible for solving those problems. Solving those problems, addressing each dysfunctional lesson each kid in that situation learned becomes expensive

It's not fair to taxpayers who do things that cost nothing like teach their kids it's best to avoid fights.

It's obvious you don't care about solving the problems. I haven't denied there are additional issues with broken homes, especially when they are impoverished.

One way to address the problems and offer opportunities for improvement are with an equitable education.

Too bad you don't care about that. The more people that do, the better the chances for upward mobility and a way out of the poverty cycle.

Quit blaming the education system. The kid came to school with a non academic problem. We already give free lunch. We can't raise the kids

    @JuanValdez

All this liberal bullshit. Problem kids disrupt class They make other kids lives worse. Stop calling it over dicisipline. The school has to dicisipline them. That's what the home ain't doing

Black kids are the only kids that need this

In my first or second post about North Forest I talked about the parents were making money in industrial jobs. A lot drove trucks. You know how much money truck drivers make? More than teachers.

The parents didn't stress education.its not just a supposed instructional racism problem

Black kids need teachers that look like them because liberal media tells them everybody is racist so why would they trust whites

Sometimes you make it hard to refrain from being insulting.

Quit acting like schools can't better serve students who are traditionally under served.

You act like you care but can't be bothered to actually get even a minimal understanding of some of the issues that could play a significant role in helping the situations you claim are important.

Parents not dicisiplining is not under serving

You're lost in the liberalism. The problem started at home. All these homes aren't poor

At this point i'm really even wondering if he is black....

I mean to read everything he has stated in this thread is just saddening no matter if he's black, white, hispanic or what ever culture... His attitude towards african americans make the KKK seem like they are nuns..

In some ways I truly feel sad for him, that some individual or individuals have done some wrong to him that he has a culture so badly....

    Yeah I don't know...

The area that he said he was from back in the 70's and 80's was majority black and a mix of white and hispanic... I do know that the kids either went to Forest Brook or to Kashmere.... But something seems off, because I know a lot of guys from that area and there not ashamed of and what they are.. their proud and determined... Hey but I left H-Town in the 80's so who knows and went to the military after college.

RR you may be right... I do know that area is very old and very low income... Like most of the areas over there... I know that they are building a lot of new homes on Little York past Cheeves and the area looks very nice..

But even still, with all the things a lot of us went thru we were still proud and determined... Yes some didn't grow, but a lot of did and we moved on and a lot of the homes are still occupied by our older parents.. So like I said I'm very confused....

I mean I have had fun jacking with him, but the dude has a lot of anger in his heart...

There are zero liberals suggesting that problems at home don't play a part in challenges faced by anyone.

But problems at home don't erase the need to address other problems as well. Ideally it all works together. In fact, equity in the class room directly deals with serving students that have challenges at home as well.

It's one of the reasons that having teachers with diverse backgrounds is beneficial in connecting with students that face specific challenges in their home life. That doesn't have to be race specific but it does require diverse teachers.

Black kids have problems from home so we should hire less white teachers

Black men have problems so we defund the police

Etc etc etc etc. Btw that pgabriel because he thinks we could eliminate all these by be honest that the problem in the home.

It takes liberals like franchiseblade ten pages of arguing but then posting his liberal icon saying the kids brought the problem to school to lie and say yeah I always said that but still argue the responsibility is every institution who wasn't to address the problems to fix

Again we ain't always talking poverty. Cy Fair is a suburb
