I was watching something about Brandon Jennings a few years back and Cat was there playing pickup with a bunch of other current young NBA players.

He was moving well... they called him "Frosted Flakes"

Cat retired at age 33 after the Knicks physical.

So, get ready. Five years from now people will be talking about McGrady and how he has aged, and he'll still be in his 30s too.

I was laughing at the people saying Cat aged well. The dude looks like he's 50 and is only like 38. But he still looks alright. Nothin' wrong with a bit of premature graying.

If Uncle Phil (RIP James Avery) had taken all of those fat jokes to heart and lost a ton of weight, he would have looked exactly like Cuttino Mobley now.

 

Gotta give Cat credit for his sense of style. Love that suit he's wearing in the pic above.
