That's at least 4 weeks right? That would be great, he wouldn't be out for the playoffs BUT he won't be in top shape.. so no big excuses.
Rockets best chance to win a title is this year. No excuses, East is trash and the West is full of injuries as well.
I'm not so quick to rule the east as trash as most are. Toronto has beat us twice and has a decent record. If they get passed Cleveland the finals will be far from a cakewalk. As much as there is something different about this rockets team, there's also something different about that raptor team.
Hmm i'd rather play against Toronto than Cleveland. Regular season dont mean much for LeBron and the Raptors are known to be playoff chokers.
Again, that's the same logic that would lead you to believe the rockets too will choke, it's an overvaluation of previous data. I think these two teams are different than they have been in previous years, and I value more recent data more highly. But, to each their own.
Get well curry come playoff time.I Want to beat them at full strength. Their set back give us a better cushion to rest our players once we lock down the #1 seed throughout the playoffs
There is only two true all stars on that team. I think Klay is borderline, but he can be contained a lot easier than Durant. If you want to beat the Warriors in the first round. Switch all day and let KD put up 50. If Curry can't play, they are going down in round 2 and potentially round 1 pending opponent.
So I guess they are still the favorites with or without Curry. I mean they still have KD and two more all-stars.
Curry is out AT LEAST 3-4 weeks with this injury. Durant missed 6 weeks with this exact same injury. And Curry very likely won’t be 100% when he comes back either. This is a big deal. The Rockets will have HCA throughout the playoffs. The East is trash and the West is absolutely riddled with injuries. I’m telling you guys... This is our year.
silver's going to give these guys a lot of help the next 6 weeks. if GS were to not make the WCF the league stands to lose a ton of $
