A thread about their roster should include the actual roster:

C: Henry Sims, Jarvis Varnado, Byron Mullens, Brandon Davies (injured)
PF: Thad Young, Arnett Moultrie, Nerlens Noel (injured)
SF: Hollis Thompson, Jason Richardson (injured)
SG: James Anderson, Tony Wroten, Elliot Williams
PG: Michael Carter-Williams, Eric Maynor, Lorenzo Brown (not playing)

The funny thing I noticed while I was looking up the names is that they routinely give minutes all the way down the roster (except Lorenzo Brown). Mostly, it's because all their games have plenty of garbage time. But, even in their last close loss (100-105 to the Jazz), they played 10 of 11 healthy players. That says to me that not only is the GM tanking the season, the coach is taking a 'develop the young guys' approach to lose games too.

Seriously, Thaddeus Young and MCW are the only NBA rotation players on that roster. This is a glorified D-League team.

When it comes to Hinkie's tanking, don't hate the player hate the game. As other have mentioned, cap space, Noel, MCW and high picks, hell maybe a few of the current players even establish a little value. Just like the Astros, if you're gonna rebuild, burn it to the ground.

It was a bad draft. I don't think the Cavs went the safe route, but there wasn't really a safe route. Oladipo was the only player in top 6 or so that I felt good on and even he is struggling.

Philly coach is trying to out run other teams and is using more players to keep his team fresh. He's trying to win games. He knows he can't win a half court game with an 8 man rotation with the players Hinkie has given him. It isn't working, but at least he's trying.

The vilification seems like a product of moneyball for some strange reason.

The media made Morey a villain in the Linsanity signing, and to some extent Dwight (Dwight was the Villain more so than Morey, but it still reflected on him I guess).
