Oh, I so agree. If you consider Colbert to be the bookend of one brilliant hour, there's the best late night hour on television.
That's hilarious... Damn I want to see the whole thing. For those that haven't seen Conan, here's another hilarious video: http://www.devilducky.com/media/42790/
The only one I even these days is Craig Ferguson. He does a 20-minute monologue every night. Amazing!
Craig Ferguson sucks. Craig Kilborn was 100x better. 1. Conan 2. Leno 3. Stewart 4. Kimmel 5. Kilborn (classic)
Conan- Recliner of Rage Kimmel- Unnecessary Censorship Ferguson- He's from Glasgow. Leno- Headlines Letterman- He just had Howard Stern on Daly-nothing good to say, except he had Tara Reid when she was hot Danza- He was funny in Crash Does Jon Stewart even count as Late Night Tv? 10pm isnt late enough for me.
Yep, that whole Conan in Finland was awesome. I wished they would show his visit to Turku if he did indeed visit that place. That original video invitation from Turku was funny as hell.
Letterman has never been funny to me. My favorites are Leno and Kimmel. The Unecessary Censorship skit Kimmel does is hilarious.
I have no idea why, but I loved Kilborn. Conan is dominant, Letterman is mostly boring mixed with occasionally witty, Leno has maybe two bits worth a schoolgirl's giggle per month, Ferguson could be decent but he has ****ty writers, Kimmel is decent from the little i've seen of his show, I do enjoy unneccessary censorship though.
I bet alot of ppl here liked Kilborn b/c he was former ESPN guy. He always made references to sports, which we don't see anymore.
No contest. And yes, I am infatuated with him. The best thing about Conan is his self-deprecating and physical humor. There's just no contest, at all. I do love Stewart and Colbert though. They all rank up there. I can't stand Leno, and Letterman IMO has gotten a little worn-out. Man, Conan has made huge strides since his first few years on air...
