Thanks I see where the difference is now. Hoopshype has an issue showing Bobby Brown's new salary. We actually are paying him TWO different salaries apparently. $259,536 of dead money from his first contract AND $680,534 for him currently. Hoopshype only has the $259,536 salary.

Two salaries... to not play. Must be nice. I would blame Morey for still having him on the roster, but that's his prerogative I guess.

I really wasn't doubting Bima, I just like working out the numbers myself so I can understand it fully. I was more interested in figuring out what I was missing than questioning Bima.

That's not what Bima is saying. He's saying we have $3.5m compared to the options that he lists, which other contenders have. He also says CLE has some TPEs but smaller than our cap room.

You can't use a TPE to sign a player anyways. Those are useless until the draft.
