Where did this Monroe love come from? Looking at advanced stats and eye test, he is a complete sieve defensively which hurts when its a big man.
He's goood offensively and is effecient and makes good decisions/passes. Decent rebounder too. Probably a better pf than C
look Jamers I'm not trashing your trade offer. its a decent offer. Just not really high on Gasol and monroe
Good passes but turnovers balance that. Yeah he's skilled but he averaged 15 points on a terrible team. He didn't really make it too much better. And his terribleness on defense cancels his offense out.
Im good lol... it's not like i'm crying or something lmao.. btw ull recieve prince, unless you want gee to start.. Because you told me, in the first place the you want either chandler or gasol... then you'll give me this "not really high"
i consider him very solid. However, he gets better the further away from the basket he is (defensively).
You have set up some of the best trades so far. I love dealing. I just don't think Gasol and Monroe would be what I'm looking for. And I lose both SF or SF and PF for 2 PF/C My team would be unbalanced
I have to disagree. That's like saying noahs terribleness on offense cancels his defense out He is a good offensive player and shoots at a high percentage. Any pf that can get you 15 and 10 shooting higher than 50 percent is very good. He was on a bad team but it's not like he was inefficient.
keep in mind, Tayshaun Prince was the main creator on that team for long stretches, and that shouldn't be his job, ever. But they were training Brandon Knight on the job, and Stuckey didn't have a healthy year. So their offense was a mess overall. That hurts everyone's efficiency and scoring a bit, regardless of how terrible the team is.
good thing about monroe is he read passing lanes very well, his balanced all-around games put him on the top. can deny scoring as well...
