    Why are you shocked that the author is not Asian? Are you under the impression that all Lin fans or anyone writing a Lin article is Asian?

    CultureMap is really more of a social scene/fine art website, though they did have the first article with quotes from Calvin Murphy that leaked that he would be back with the broadcast. That's a paid sports editor who wrote that. It's not BleacherReport, though after asking around, they have a pretty bad rep as a social rag. This particular "editorial" just happens to be lower than BleacherReport quality.

    I don't think many fully grasp just how bad this thing is. I was laughing almost the entire time I read it. It's alarming (though not surprising) how many people think it's spot on in the comments. Even more funny are the "well researched" or "excellent analysis" responses. We're talking about a massive amount of low basketball IQ fans here... fans who don't actually watch the games.

    I think Beverley has now played enough games and showed that he can not do a better job as a playmaker than Lin, nor is he a better shooter, at least in the last several games. Time to make some PT adjustments.

    LOFs vs cluctchfans lives on ...

    not playing Lin enough is the least of my concerns with regard to McHale's rotational decisions. Maybe if Lin was more consistent, i'd actually care.

    I'm sure after a full season and offseason under his belt, Lin will be better adjusted and improved next year. I'm sure that improvement will be rewarded with more opportunities.

    And if not, oh well ...Lin's contract will be up soon and we can find a better PG; especially for the money.
