Why does Jimy keep send Palmiero up to pinch hit when we have Lamb on the bench (unless Lamb is still unavailable?) Somebody needs to tell him it's Orlando and not Rafael that we have on our team.
Any explanation as to why a guy hitting .345 with a slugging percentage of .600+ (Lamb) was left in the on deck circle when the game ended? Instead Palmeiro, hitting .206 with an OBP of .286, made the last out. Lamb is 5-11 with a 2B and HR as a pinch hitter. Palmeiro is hitting .190 as a pinch hitter.
Man we need the Sticky for the Anaheim series to show up ... This gets my vote for most depressing thread of the year
