I know we're obligated to hate and rip all things Mavs, and Cuban is a jock-sniffer..... But I can't criticize his sitting behind the bench at games. He keeps himself relatively restrained and it isn't his fault that the networking airing the game cuts to him every 6 minutes. Also - I'd love to have an owner sitting by the court (Les is there plenty of times). There are way too many Cut The Check guys in this league, and having your employer watching is a great way of keeping the roster accountable. I also disagree that it is micromanaging - he isn't interfering with the coaching staff or otherwise directing the roster during games. If Cuban has a fatal flaw running the Mavs, it's that he doesn't invest enough in talent evaluation.
