I've been on cruises and I stand by my description: crowds of fetid, seasick, overweight families, pigging out on cafeteria grade food. Find a bungalow on a beach somewhere.
ive been on 3 holland american cruises, all to the Caribbean, they were nice but older crowds, not a lot of kids
As far as value goes the cheapest cruises you will find are either Carnival or Royal Caribbean. That said, Carnival is MUCH better than RC, IMO. Better food, better overall experience. Recently booked another Carnival cruise for this coming August. Can't wait.
