This is sick! This is disgusting! I hope we find this b*stard. GRRRRR (Notice how my grunts and mean face stimulate the authorities to work faster) I care so deeply for this little girl that I show my disgust on a message board she will never read. I don't care enough for the little girl by actually doing something to improve her situation. Like sending her condolences, offering a reward to catch the person, leaving everything I have to investigate the crime. No that takes work. I'll feel bad for the girl and GRRR all day long, because that's what really counts in the long run.
man, you guys are too serious about this. it's really got nothing to do with whether he cares or not. it sucks that this happened to the girl, but what can Rule10001 or anyone do about it? really, i doubt anyone is happy about this type of situation. so he made a joke. which really wasn't even a horrible one. if you say you care fine. what are you gonna do? sulk about it the rest of the day? try to contact and console the girl? i bet by the end of the work day, you won't even remember.
I'm not getting on him at all. He's made his point, I'm not sulking about it. As for the other part, it's simply called sharing the news. That is the main point of a message board isn't it?

It's obvious you have never owned a dog. Guess I can't say that I am not surprised by your first post. It follows your history of worthless posts that you and your buddy, TMac640 have littered this board with. Most of the time I just skip over Dumb's and Dumber's posts but being a dog lover, your first post struck a nerve. Congratulations on making me care about one of your 2,250 or so posts.
Actually I did have a dog. He was hit by a car, but didn't die immediatley...he suffered a heart attack and died a minute later. I heard it was pretty painful... A few minutes later I was joking it was off to the dumpster, it sucks that he died but it won't change the fact he died. On tuesday I was almost in a car accident that would of taken my life. A car ran a red light and almost hit me. Two cars going at 50mph crashing head on is bad. Of course literally seconds after that all I was thinking about was the chart on the ^VIX. It wasn't till I got home that I thought about "wow, if I braked a second later I'd be dead." Death is inevitable, I see no reason to fear nor mourn it. Of course when in person I respect those that are in pain, but personally I'm not affected by it. I apologize for offending anyone on here, but I seriously doubt anyone is grieving over this tragedy.
you didnt offend me at all actually i got a good little laugh about it. in saying that i knew you were kidding. and i LOVE animals. and would do a lot to protect one if/when given the chance. but that doesnt mean i cant laugh at a tasteless joke, but i guess thats just my personality.
That's how I feel. People are taking it too personally. I wouldn't say that joke to that girl's face but this is a Houston Rockets online forum, not a grief counseling jamboree.
