People should not do a lot of weight lifting if they want to lose weight. The high metabolism is great for weight lost when weight lifting but at the same time it also forces you to intake more calories. Those type of people should do 90% cardio and 10% weight lifting. Get cut first, then get swole.
Eat 1800 to 2000 calories Take mancore Do 10000 steps a day Use elliptical for 1 hour everyday Do a bit of strength training 3 to 4 days in a week That has been my staple. Went from 232 at my low point in Oct. - now at 203 pounds. Not sure what my end goal weight should be but I want to start emphasizing strength training more once I get below 200. Maybe 175 to 190 will be final goal with decent muscle tone.
