BTW, wizkid83 and you must share logistical notes. (i.e. if one doesn't want his 4 year old to cross dress or be exposed to it then that person must be racist too and if one doesnt want his 4 year old to cross dress or to be exposed to it then that person must be a homophobe too).

My post was a tounge in cheek attempt to make you realize that even though I'm surrounded by Gays and a Transvestite these people pose no threat to my family. Same applies to the whole cross dressing being discussed here. If my son wants to dress up like a girl and play house with his sister he is 0% more likely to turn out to be a transexual or gay. Even if they "frolic" around.
For the record I don't think either you or Codell are racists or homophobes. A little to worried about what might happen if you kids where the other genders clothing one day a year, but other wise sound reasonable people.
Nor are cross dressers a threat to my family. My wife and I don't want our son to cross dress, PERIOD, and hence, don't want him to be a part of an activity where cross dressing is encouraged, whether its just for play or not. And you and others, not me, are the ones who continue to associate cross dressing with homosexuality and transexuality. Regardless, those aren't the reasons why I don't want my son cross dressing. BTW, look up the definition of frolic in the context of what a child does (which was the context I use), not what an adult does. (play boisterously; "The children frolicked in the garden")
i just said, i don't have a problem with my kid playing dress up. he does it at church!!! THE HORROR!!!!! there's a little box of dress up clothes in his sunday school room. i'm not concerned with that. i'm concerned with it in a public school with pole dancing and groping...that is something i don't think my 4 year old would get. argue with me all day about that if you wish...but again...it's my son!! it's my responsibility!!! so it's my call.

Frolic - gay or light-hearted recreational activity for diversion or amusement Like dressing up as the other gender for a day at school. It's a far leap from playing dress up to frolicing around in tranvestite like activites. What exactly is a transvestitle like activity? I'm not arguing with you. As a matter of fact I agree with you about exposing my kids to indecency as I stated earlier in this tread...
