After the incident with the Sri Lankan team I'm not sure anything will happen there for a while.

    Of course.

I think if Pakistan loses badly in this tournament.. I think their fans from taliban will kill them .. literally.

not a safe place for cricket rit now.. sad stuff really.. considering how passionate the country is abt cricket..

I love my cricket but just have not been able to get into T20. Australia seem not to be taking it very serious, they pick poor sides for the form of the game like Clarke, Ponting, Lee, Mike Hussey just arn't great in these games.. seems silly to play all these 30+ guys when there are youngsters who are coming through and are better at T20. Seriously why is Brett Lee even getting a game, how do you get hit for over 50 in four overs and get a spot in the next game when you have Hilfenhaus and Siddle who are twice the player at the moment not getting picked? And another b****... how did we end up with Sri Lanka and West Indies(two good T20 sides) while England get Netherlands and the shadow of a team formally known as Pakistan.

Can't wait for the Ashes though... nothing like listening to England's media bagging Australia and talking up their team only for them disgrace themselves and get their asses handed to them yet again. I mean come on they lost 5-0 last time, you would think they would of learned to shutup by now!

On the verge of being eliminated earlier by losing a game, to reaching the semi-finals and defeating the heavily favored South Africa and Sri Lanka team, this was truly an inspiring and great victory for Pakistan. All the BS politics and terrorist situation can be put aside for a moment and the country can unite and enjoy this victory.

I've been getting calls from back in Pakistan and everyone's mood is upbeat, people are handing out food and sweets to everyone, and everyone is dancing in the streets.

    Great job Pakistan Cricket Team!
