Someone bought 2006 Dodge Charger on my credit card account and then continued to buy 10,000 worth of merchandise from target/wal-mart/home depot

Wow, that thief has some guts. How could that person not get caught when buying that car? I mean they have to provide some sort of ID and address. What about the subsequent car payments? lol supid criminals.

On July 4th a few years back, I came home from an Astros game and had a call from my credit card company on my answering machine. I called back and they ran through the list of items bought during the day...clothing in Ohio...wine ordered from France...all sorts of random things from random places.

They cancelled the card...I signed an affidvait swearing I didn't authorize the charges. Problem solved.
