CP3 puts own playing time ahead of DC2 development

    Collison's role with that team is coming off the bench. So by bringing him off the bench you are developing him. By starting him you are sending mixed signals.

    If Chris Paul had decided to just "shut it down" for the rest of the season, would your thread title be "CP3 refuses to play because his team sucks"?

    I'm glad the guy actually wants to come back and play, showing his teammates that he wants to be there and put in the work, even if it's not going to pay off this season.

    What's the problem? If Collison is good enough to deserve playing time he'll get it, whether Paul is playing or not.

    Id say yay for CP3 and nay on Collison.. Darren is a very similar brooks.. small super fast PG thats a great scorer.. altho he does gets more assists than AB

    if CP3 wants to play, you let CP3 play.. a former runner-up in the MVP voting a couple years back.. any1 who thinks he shouldnt come bak and play needs their head examined

    Get your team so meaningless wins so the Rockets can move UP in the draft. :grin:

    It may have helped us in being able to nap him if he woulda been healthy this year while the team was stinkin it up. But now that they see DC's potential this would become a great opportunity for Morey to swoop in and nab his superstar.
