That's what really impresses me about Paul. On a team that's low on talent, he led them to a great record, while Bosh has struggled the past couple of years.
Out of Bosh and CP3 it's an easy choice who I'd rather get, like I dont even know why this question popped up. Easy I'd go w/CP. One cuz he's one of my fav players, and two cuz I think he's the 2nd best PG when healthy. I used to think he was the best until he got hurt and when his team declined, but I still think he's the 2nd best after D-Will. I would love him on our team, it'd be a dream come true for me. As for Bosh, I really dont care bout him, I mean if we get him I'll be happy as hell, but if we dont, I wont be mad. I would much rather get CP.
Most forget that Chris Paul was on pace to have one of the greatest seasons in NBA history this past year before he went down with his injury. The dude was shooting LIGHTS OUT from all over the court.
The top 5 teams in the west in 2010 had the 5 best power forwards.... Gasol, Stoudemire, Duncan, Boozer, there's your conference semis, highest ranked first round loser? Nowitzki
yea but the question was who would u rather have out of the 2, he didnt say consider who we'd have to give up or salary or anything, he just basically asked who you'd rather have out of those 2 on your team if you were choosing between the 2 and since both are FAs and we're tryin to get them who you'd rather have.
People who don't want CP3 are crazy. He's arguably the best point guard in the league and still young. If we get Paul, our PG position will be set for the next 10 years. If you have a chance to get a franchise player like this, you take it. Plus we have pretty good depth right now. It's not like if we traded for CP3, we were left with him and bunch of NBDL players. Role players are not hard to come by. Franchise player is.
Don't let your AB love cloud your judgment. Chris Paul is on pace to be an all time top 10 PG and has a legit shot of being ranked even higher if things go right for him. The guy is a superstar in every sense of the word and would take this current team from barely over .500 to 52+ easy.
Who wouldn't want CP...the problem is he's too expensive. I heard someone say we have to give up a lot of key players to match up with his salary and that's not going to happen.
