Yes, that was the first time players from the Buffalo Bills have ever played in a sold out stadium with cheering fans. Thank goodness the Dallas Cowboys, and all their winning over the last decade, came in and gave the Bills' fans and players their first moments of excitement. It was just incredible. After the game, Jabari Greer called this the pinnacle of his career, and, his words, the best moment of his life. He said he would give up his wedding day and the birth of his children just to face the Dallas Cowboys again. Aaron Schobel said this game was ten times better than his bar mitzvah, even though Doug E. Fresh performed there. Angelo Crowell and Mario Haggan said they combined for 11 orgasms on the field, just from the sheer excitement. The Bills' defensive coordinator, Perry Fewell , shot and killed himself this morning, leaving a note that said, "My life is meaningless now. I played the Dallas Cowboys. There is nothing else to accomplish. " This Cowboys team is incredible. I don't understand how they can win one game, considering how amped they get their opponents. I wish they could pretend to be some ordinary team once, just so it would make things fair. Or never be allowed to play with the legendary broadcast booth of Mike Tirico, Ron Jaworski, and Tony Kornheiser calling their game. Just the combination of the two : Being the Dallas Cowboys AND playing on basic cable...that's just too much.
Hmmm.... I can't believe you put that much time into a post. Maybe I'll come back and read it someday.
Yes, it took me all of six or seven minutes. I guess that may seem like a lot to read for a fan of the Cowboys, huh ? ^_^
First y'all prove Cowboys can't count, now you prove you can't read three tiny paragraphs either. Awesome!
LMAO!! Wow, that was the funniest post I've ever read on this BBS. You should write for The Onion, Achilleus.
Un-F'n-Believable... They should have lost, but I guess its fate that they won and we'll have a great game on Sunday...Too bad I'll be out of town and in the air when the game comes on... Oh well, a very entertaining game and even though Romo stunk it up and TO couldn't catch the ball, Folk bailed us out..
Yeah, I think once the ball has been snapped and the play is off and running your TO request is void. I kind of wish he missed the first one just to teach them a lesson. On the other hand, reliving the moment once again must've been too much for them to handle and a perfect way to end the night. I guess my earlier statement was correct. The Bills should've pulled a Kubiak and played it safe at the end of the first half. Those 3 points sure were crucial.
all you haters will have to deal with cowboys for years. they have there own and the browns pick next year. and plenty of young talent already. have fun hatin
No he didn't. As soon as it passed the 10 yard barrier, Heard jumped up and tipped it downfield 10+ yards where a Cowboy player fell on it and was then touched. Between the time Heard touched it and the whistle blew after the recovery, 4-5 seconds had passed (based on the whistle blowing the play dead). Maybe only 2-3 seconds, but I doubt the Boys run that last sideout before the FG attempt.
Maybe 3 instead of the 2 they ran off. However, that still does not make up for the lack of an interference call on that 2-point conversion, nor the lack of the 'pushed out of bounds' call on TO's sideline catch that was as much 'pushed out of bounds' as any play I have ever seen where that call was made. This was not a 'gift' to the Cowboys in this game - the Bills were getting a lot of home-cookin'.
