The D was playing with wild abandon out there last night. There is a huge difference in playing a regular season game and playing an emotionally charged MNF game. I'm not saying Romo didn't screw up because he screwed up big, but all that is fixable.
Sometimes you are put in that situation. Waits for the "Pats would never allow themselves to be put in that situation" comeback.
I was telling my wife and friend the same thing last nite. I couldn't believe they were letting people go anywhere near the sideline. Common sense says that you let them have whatever they want, within reason, in the middle of the field but nothing on the sidelines. Bills D on that last drive made zero sense what so ever
He threw 4 interceptions against a lowly 2-11 dolphins team on MNF in 2004. The Pats lost by a point.
Hey hey HEY!! Don't come in here throwing around logic and FACTS and stuff!! You're gonna be a total buzzkill for some people, dude..
Oh, ok. That packed, screaming stadium had nothing to do with the performance and moral of the players.
ahhhhh...see what you did there??? you flipped it!!! so the great teams are the ones who turn the ball over a ton in the game so they can show you how they overcome it later!!!!
I 'm pretty sure I never said the Boys were a great team. I did say that the Boys were able to overcome 6 turnovers...
i didn't get to. had some work to do. had i been able to, i would have watched the yanks/tribe anyway.
It was crazy. I thought I was going to come out of it on a stretcher! Especially that last timout on the kick...
I do hope that the Rules Committee outlaws that type of timeout. I dont remember if any team has called a timeout this year and the kicker missed the first and comeback and made the second.
