He's had 1 on 1 coverage and Kitna has been decent at times, but I think he was just unhappy there. He'll play harder in Dallas thats for certain.
He was unhappy the day the Lions drafted Calvin Johnson. Who says T.O. will be happy his replacement has arrived?
holy crap that's a steep price. there are very few players in the league worth a 1st, 3rd and 6th round pick...and i'm not sure roy williams is one of them.
I really don't know what the hell is wrong with Detroit. I live in Detroit and it hurts me see them play. I think they should just fire everybody.
joe montana-great john elway-great steve young-great peyton manning-great tom brady-great tony romo.......
are you kidding?? this is brilliant. they added a 1st and 3rd round pick for this. this is the first smart move i've seen the lions make in years.
Pretty steep price, but as they have always maintained, WR's take a lot longer to mature in the NFL than someone like a RB.. so chances are the 'Boys get better value with this guy now than they would from any combination of those rookies they would have gotten with those picks. Plus, now it looks like Dallas will get their back back from Tennessee because Goodell could not leap to suspend Jones21 yet again. Whet they really need to worrying about now is why their offensive line suddenly can't block anyone (are we really supposed to believe that Kyle Kosier is THAT important to the chemistry of this line?? come on!), and why the defense can't stop anyone at the moment. Crossing my fingers that TR is a fast enough healer to be back behind center when they face the Giants 3 weeks from now..
they HAVE to cash in on those picks though. now that matt millen is making the decisions, maybe they will.
True. If the Lions get somebody in there at GM that knows what they're doing then could be huge for the Lions. Remember, Dallas built that dynasty in the 90's off many of those draft picks they acquired in the infamous Walker deal.
No doubt he chokes in the playoffs. But I still thinks hes a great QB there not too many in the NFL better than him.
Dallas is good situation for someone, like Williams . He can probably do pretty well, especially when Romo comes back.
