Could we use Blake at point?

    I'm a bit interested in Warrick but we can also do without. If he'll take a 1 yr vet minimum, why not?

    More important than the two things you mentioned, RA has always had PG's that are aggressive and force the offense (Porter, Bibby, & Jackson off the bench) which Blake clearly won't or can't do.

    I disagree that Blake is '50 times' the passer that Lowry is. I think Lowry is better at penetrating and creating opportunities for others. Lowry actually averaged slightly more assists per minutes played than Blake. In fact, Blake rarely even plays on the ball. Their offense runs through Roy. Blake is strictly a spot up shooter that gets most of his assists by swinging the ball on the perimeter when the defensive rotation closes hard on him.

    This has nothing to do with who plays for what team. I feel Lowry is an emerging young player and Blake is a little more than a roster filler that can hit some 3's. I would have told you the same thing a few years ago when Blake was with Denver and Lowry was with Memphis.

    My personally, I'd rather have Jerryd Bayless.

    If we had Bayless we still wouldn't have a true point guard.
