I remember this one guy, when we played them at home this one time, this one player that single handedly brought them back from a huge defacit he was dunking all over the place and was a 2. I forgot who he was but i was VERY impressed with the way he played. Not Kevin Martin though
You forget who there GM is. Colangelo is not stupid enough to author such a one sided deal just to dump Ford.
Here was one of the dunks, it was on battier <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/XihKmPw8WF0&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/XihKmPw8WF0&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
We could start a bidding war, unfortunately the only three bidders would be DaDakota, jopatmc, and BrooksBall.
Well, I already asked before what team is going to be willing to trade for T.J. Ford and got basically no response. Somebody mentioned a whole list of teams and the only team that made any sense at all was Cleveland sending an expiring (Snow) for Ford. Frankly, I doubt if Cleveland would even be interested in doing that. Ford's contract is a huge risk if he gets injured again. I just don't believe there is a viable market for Ford without BC giving away the farm to entice another team to take him.
Brooks will not be the centerpiece to land a legit player that's already in the league that would improve this team. He could be used to move up in the draft for someone you like and that's about it.
