Could the signing of Pops Mensa-Bonsu means we're going to get Ramon Sessions?

Couldn't Pops be a training camp contract guy?????

1 year non-guaranteed deal means that we have a warm body for training camp AND the pre-season.
There's no reason to think that he vaults ahead of all our other players in terms of contract significance

Personally (and you might call me crazy) but I think Pops Mensah-Bonsu isn't really worth paying luxury tax for.

If we can ditch some other 'contracts' (Cook/ Barry) then I'm all for seeing what the guy has!

Bucks are $1,650,306 under LT. 16 guaranteed contracts on their roster. 17 players on their payroll.

Bowen was waived. Sharpe (second year 2nd round pick) who's played 8 games avg 2:23 mins is out for the season.

Sessions is BYC so there can't be a simple Landry for Sessions swap. If the Rockets pursue a S&T they're adding at least another million to their tax...

Bucks have all the leverage in a S&T. If they set a condition, it's probably they're not going over LT...

Knicks are reportedly offering around the $4 million mark. Sessions might be after $5 million.

The salary tax/hit Sessions might be too difficult. If the Rockets want a chance to avoid the tax. Then adding Sessions isn't a likely option.

I think he set the franchise record for most assists (24).

yeah man. but this is the amazing thing...he did it as a ROOKIE who spent most of his rookie season in the dleague and only played because the starter AND the backup PGs were injured while playing alongside scrubs in his team.

RAMON SESSIONS IS THE AWESOMEST FREE AGENT RIGHT NOW!!!

If so then why would the Bucks trade him away? ( Granting the rumors/speculation/wish list stated in this forum. )

In that case, they should be prime for the pickings. The leverage would be with their preferred trading partner and to be one with most of the posters here, hopefully its with the Rockets. :D
