Could the Rockets end up last in the division by the end of the season?

    You know what 's funny?

    If David Stern pulled some kind of wacky trick and swapped the Midwest Divison for the Central Divison, putting the Midwest in the East and the Central in the West . . . it's possible, no, likely, that every team in the Midwest would make the playoffs.
