I'm almost sure that last year's possiblity was Brian Grant.

And when it comes to 4's that fit what we expect, and are somewhat available, only PJ Brown, Elton Brand and Brian Grant seem to fit.

Notice how he said 2/3s gone and not 2/3rds gone. Does that mean that we will lose two of our threes, Morris and Rice? Posey is to re-sign and I think they still like Boki. Also, he followed that up by saying 1/2 gone. So that means we lose a shooting guard, Mobley.

"Still one more of 4 I would love to see blow..." The four I think he's referring to are our bad contracts: Norris, Cato, Rice, and Taylor. From his "hairy" comment, he must be referring to the Mooch. I guess we're stuck with him for another year. Wow, no team wants to take his sorry-@$$ contract, what a surprise.

Okay, here's my whole spill on things. Cat is certainly gone whether you agree with that or not. My guess is that he is going to the Clippers. For who, that remains to be seen. But on EGrif, I would love to see him one more year with the Rox, just so I can see what Jeff can do with him.

 

I know its been mentioned, but I just can't see him using Pussyland in that manner if his daughter is reading/writing, meaning I don't think it is likely to be Miami.

Come on bbs lets figure this out it's probbly right in front of our face and we prob. just over looking it. I really think and have a stong feeling that the LA Clipps will have a CAT on there team next year but I cant see LA trading Brand they have to be getting another big man back if that happened, so lets look at this a little more careful Pops said CAT'S packing his bags not ED Griff so we know if we were getting Brand we would have to give up Griff, so lets think about this Portland doesn't need Cat they have DA,Ruben,Bonzi, so why CAT? Now the clippers (pussyland) they are gonna lose Maggette and they all ready have Q-Tip so he can play some Small forward.

This leads me to the idea that Lamar Odom will be a Houston Rocket!!

I really have a feeling that they (Clippers aka Pussyland) made a decision about keeping Brand or Odom to the max and they have to have a Big man presence and they have lost Maggette to Denver so Mobley just steps right in and takes his spot. I think they will re-sign Miller also. there line-up will be still respectable with

now the rockets really benifit big time from this trade we would have a guy 6'11 running the point at times and that will allow Francis to just go crazy at will. The rox need players who can score without having plays ran for them (Odom,Posey,Griffin) those are perfect cast for Steve and Yao. Posey and Odom would be so friggin athletic wow!! that would be GREAT!! Check out our lineup

I don't think Pussyland means LA. p***y is another term for cat, but it's not the new Charlotte franchise. Could be a mis-typing of "puppy" - I've seen that elsewhere in the thread - and means the T-Wolves.

I think your getting confused between plays and what the Rockets have been doing the last few years, because that is exactly what the Rockets don't need - i.e. players who can score when the play being run breaks down, as all of their players who are halfway decent are so because of this ability (Francis, Mobley, Taylor). It's sad that we've come to think that giving the ball to one guy and telling him to score is an actual play. The Rockets need players who can actually run plays and create opportunities. Whether or not Odom creates this, I couldn't say - I do not think he'd be a fantastic addition, though - like EG, he has underachieved imo.

Rocket!! seems like he is in the know, and is implying that any trade with the Clippers that was proposed is off now that Dunleavy has signed up.
