I have a weird feeling Koa Peat will end up in Arizona instead of at UH, but in any case, I hope the Coogs stomp a mudhole in Arizona. That way if he comes to UH as a result of that game, it's a good thing, but if he still goes to Arizona, he'll know he's going to a loser. lol. Hell, if he's not coming to Houston, I'd rather him go to one of the 'zona schools instead of UT or Baylor.
At this point I am more concerned about beating Arizona in Arizona later today. This should be a great basketball game. Don't see many weaknesses for them. Maybe they have the tendency to turn the ball over but they are talented up and down the lineup. To win we are going to have to out tough them and at the same time stay out of foul trouble. I don't think they are going to shoot 2-22 from three twice in a row. And they can hit their FT's if we get into that with them. Going to be a tough game. Don;t care how we win as long as we win. We really need this one. But so do they. Back to Koa. Word on the street is he is coming to Houston if Jojo goes pro. Ideally I would like to see Tugler come back for one more season. A front line of Tugler, Cenac, and Koa would be nice.
Same here. They definitely have a great lineup. There's a reason they're #1 in the nation. Staying out of foul trouble is definitely a key. Need to beat them on the boards too. I worry about the guard play in the tournament. When defenses really clamp down, are they going to be able to create on offense? Feels like they'll have to hope Cryer, Sharp, or Arceneaux get hot. They don't seem to have anyone that can blow past their man and drive to the basket like they've had in previous seasons.
