Tramon Mark gets lost on defense but is the only one that can create his shot right now. Gonna have to grind this one out cause there is not much there offensively.
It shows how deep we are to be missing to players as good as Mills and Sasser and still have enough firepower to win without the head coach and #1 asst too.

I can't take credit for it because I saw it written somewhere...but this was absolutely a "culture win" for UH. Sampson has done such an amazing job of creating a culture that emphasizes outworking your opponent, that even when he's not there it just bleeds over. Love seeing that!
Team looks good so far this season. They still have a problem with inconsistency on offense though Caleb Mills and Tramon Mark look like they might be the answers to that issue if they develop their games. Defense, rebounding, and effort are top notch though, they really outwork teams out there. I think they really miss Fabian White though. He had that little jump shot and could get you some buckets here and there. If we still had Hinton and White out there I could really see this team getting to the Final Four. Can still see them in the Sweet 16 or Elite 8.
Hinton is now signed to a 2 way with the Mavericks. That’s all anyone needs to understand and being in the nba
