i took it as being more about brewer's perimeter. i've noticed when following live game chats minny fans get really frustrated when brewer makes a mistake from there. maybe he's just a fall guy for their failed seasons or they've seen it too many times.
I think we can't afford to keep Turiaf and cut Dorsey/Black until February. We are shorthanded in PF/C.
This is interesting (your original post), but what's more interesting it....JR GOT BEAT. He is human after all!
i don't like this much if it's true. if the rockets promised him a contract for opting out that means they won't deal him at the trade deadline
Neither Woj nor Amick have made a "final details" post so I'm think they are being told it's still #fluid perhaps? Still working on that third team Murrey?
In a true championship contender, there is no room for players like : - 360 lbs big baby - Austin Daye - almost the whole Cavs bench - Charlie V but every team will have those players.
The most interesting thing is the Wolves waited until Dallas completed the Rondo trade. I mean, who else would be interested in Brewer at this point? Oh yeah, that ****er Mark Cuban who wants every player the Rockets want. Now that he is out of the picture, I am sure Minny lowered their asking price. Maybe he was going to opt out anyways and he decided the best way to get paid was to play next to Harden and Howard where he will get a ton of open looks. So naturally, he was willing to decline his option if it meant playing for a contender. He saw how much Parsons got paid after playing in Houston, along with several other Rockets players.
Also, that is not a Morey move to make such promises. I am sure they convinced him well. I like the move a lot more now that we get to keep that max cap room space intact.
