I would like to know if anyone has ever tried to restrain a drunk, out of control, person. I don't drink, and the few friends I know that do drink tend to be pretty passive. Unless I know what generally such people are capable of, I'm not going to rush into any judgement. I'm not law enforcement and have never gotten into a fight, so I honestly have no frame of reference here.
I've done it two weekends in a row. It's not easy, of course the person I restrained wasn't a 15 year old girl, nor was he was really acting like a b****. He just kept trying to start fights haha.
Most cops are idiots and losers who were A) bullied in high school but never did anything about it so now use this "job" as an outlet of their pent up rage or B) were bullies in high school, failed miserably in post-high school life, so they went back to being a bully as a job. In present day America it would be very hard to be a generally good person and a cop.

Drunk to school. Assaults teacher. Assaults mother. [Ding-ding-ding!] Cop shouldn't do that, though. At the time, it was cool. Yes. I agree.
I had to re-read this. After watching the video, I thought you meant the 15 year old was a pig that's rather large..
what?! It's a cop...of course he is in the wrong! I'm convinced that the people who have such hostility towards cops in general are just upset because they've been busted for something. And rather than man up and accept any fault of their own, they just pass the blame to someone else. Accountability is dead.
