Was it a big acorn or a normal one? This makes all the difference in the world.

I never got shot over an acorn, but I almost got my ass kicked over one.

At the bus stop one morning, 7th or 8th grade, this one kid was throwing acorns at people. He threw one at me. I said something like, "do that again and I'll kick your ass." Now, could I actually have kicked his ass? No way. I would lose the fight 10/10 times and everyone knew it. I just had to threaten it because otherwise I'd look like a b****. So he threw an acorn at me to see what would happen. I then picked up a wet and muddy newspaper in its little plastic wrap and threw it at him. He charged at me and I caught him in a guillotine (my back now up against a car), hanging on for dear life because I knew if he got out I'd be at his mercy. Luckily, the bus showed up right then to pick us up. So I let go and he chose not to beat the **** out of me in front of everyone.

It was weird because we were actually friends. We were on good terms, at least. Played baseball in a big group a lot. The whole thing was dumb.

I once shot at my neighbor because I heard his alarm go off and thought he was shooting up the neighborhood.

Oh wait. No, I didn't. That would be insane, and I'd be in prison.

And now you know how all of these mass shooters die. It’s not like the movies, folks.…maybe like comedies, since the training and selection process for cops is a joke.
