After reading your whole post I came to realize that I was disappointed because you never told us what your last summer reading book was
haha...well if you must know it is The Post-American World by Fareed Zakari...can't wait to start reading it
I'm glad Daryl Morey said this. When people were congratulating him during the Summer League here in Vegas, he was saying the same thing. His uncritical supporters should take the same approach.
Clutch, yes that was my work. if anyone else wants to meme it in the future, here's a link without the text: http://img835.imageshack.us/img835/3597/30412480copy1.jpg but props again to GoldenGreek for sharing that experience with us.
good stuff....actually spoke to him, got a nice line in, made him laugh, and got the pic...perfect! But what did he buy?
if I had seen him, I would have gone wayne's world on him. "I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy!" AWESOME story bro.
Alternative thread title... Kevin James, Adam Sandler, and Rob Schneider had a baby and then one day he met Daryl Morey at Barnes and Noble.
no joke Daryl Mory's favorite book list: The Killer Angels, The Count of Monte Cristo, Animal Farm, Brave New World, Catch-22, Did I Ever Tell You How Lucky You Are, If I Ran the Circus, The Goal, Hidden Order, The Crisis, The Republic, Flow, The 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People, On a Pale Horse, Castle Roogna, Watchmen Count of Monte Cristo and Brave New world are 2 of my favorite books, but I have to say I did not like Animal Farm. Myself and all of Morey's cult followers need to make a goal to read all books on his list. I met Daryl once & he is tall. He makes the OP look much shorter than 5'9". I got a pic with him, and I told him I was a big fan of his work.
Nice story! so what did Morey buy? Post said pic  lol jk, I know that you dont want to post pics of you here, its ok.
exactly, were going to war this team and going to see what can happen...hopefully we become more attractive to players and our players become more attractive to teams
