Yes you are. That's entirely the goal of proselytizers like you. By the way looking down on others because they don't believe the same things you do? That's not very Christian. Jesus doesn't preach hate and contempt.
If you wish to judge people and speak for Jesus........ perhaps you should actually know what you are talking about. Perhaps learn about the society Jesus lived in, whom his followers were, what the social context of his teachings were and what the early Church was like.
Again, somehow I am preaching hate and contempt when I am doing anything but. If I say anything that I believe in that you disagree with, it's hate. The world isn't supposed to transform or change Jesus' teachings, it's the other way around. It even explicitly says so.
I have friends that are gay and lesbian, some are best friends, they know my beliefs and do they think I judge them or hate them? No. But society and in some instances in this thread, you say something unpopular and against the trend, you get ridiculed for it. What I've learned is, people make a God that suits them and their lifestyle and say that's God. That's actually you making yourself a god.
This could be a learning moment. Open yourself up to his true message, rather than your own interpretation of it.
"Do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men" 1 Cor 6:9 Did God change his mind about this? When Jesus called out sin, was he bashing people? When your parents told you not to act in disobedience, was it because they hated you? Or was it because they weren't being tolerant of things you were doing that could end up hurt you?
I have a gay friend... I have an atheist friend... I have a lesbian friend... All of which you have already silently condemned to eternal hellfire.
Your logic is really shaky. You claim that because we disagree, you preach hate. Are you stating that there is never a situation where a disagreement can involve someone 'hating'. I guess it all depends on your definition of 'hate? Let's put it this way. If I follow a deity that states that being of African decent will lead to eternal damnation, would I, being a follower of that deity and agreeing with that deity and proselytizing that deity's moral system, be preaching hate? I would say most individuals here would state that I'm preaching some form of 'hate' in this instance. So in your world view, being homosexual will lead to eternal damnation. You can't see why stating that an entire group of humans damned to hell is preaching 'hate'?
It must be very uncomfortable to have friends you know will be damned to eternal damnation. Frankly, it will be very difficult for me to be friends with someone why believes I deserve eternal hell. Maybe I'm just too closed minded.

That's because Jesus' teaching doesn't end there. I am a sinner, a fornicator, a liar, a horrible person just like those friends I listed. When my end comes, I will be judged just the same as my friends, as you, as everyone, for all the sins I have done. But guess what? All my sins and yours and theirs are already paid. By His death I am free. That's how much God loves you and me. RedRedemption and everyone else, watch these: https://youtu.be/xvhMQ-oQV2k This one and the other interviews.
So that means I can be a pervert and marry a dude and all that nasty stuff right? I mean my sins are already paid for.
Not exactly. The next step would be to repent and turn away from sin and follow Jesus. It's kind of a whole life in progress thing.
