We don’t spend $1.5 trillion covering illegals health care but we did manage to give $20 billion to pay for health care in the failed Argentine experiment.

Republicans fight for insurers to ensure Americans will always be one illness away from bankruptcy.

Republicans think firing federal experts is good policy and will make the federal government run more efficiently. Spoiler: It hasn’t. And when the threshold for firing these bureaucrats is whether they think slavery was wrong or not (it was wrong), the American people see right through the Republican bullshit.

Americans lose when you defund and politicize American institutions like the NOAA.

    Americans lose when Republicans rule.

Americans were told by the Conservative media giants and conservative social media algorithms that project 2025 was just a liberal boogeyman rather. That transgender illegals were why life was bad and Trump just wanted to lower costs. And Kamala’s cackle was disqualifying. Yet 10 months later, the project 2025 implementation has been a complete disaster.

We had the world’s premiere economy with an industrial renaissance. Gone. We were the leader of the Western world. Gone. American universities were publishing groundbreaking research. Gone. But now? We are holding our breath as the ground under us disappeared around June because of the White House’s chaotic policies and the feckless republicans in congress who won’t say no to the insanity. And SCOTUS is just trying to figure out a way to make Trump eligible for 2028 because they’re just as corrupt as the rest of the Republicans.

We are taking our country back. Republicans are not qualified to run a McDonalds let alone the greatest country on Earth.

We did not give $20 billion to Argentina. We offered a backstop line of credit, which has not been drawn down (or even put in place yet). So $0 dollars have been given to Argentina. This was done to stabilize their currency, which has a decades long track record of volatility.

So you really have a poor grasp of the facts. Level up, amigo, if you want to compete with the big boys.

    Americans win with Democrats.

    Healthcare
    • The Affordable Care Act (ACA): Enacted in 2010 under the Obama administration, the ACA significantly expanded health insurance coverage by allowing states to expand Medicaid, creating health insurance exchanges, and requiring insurers to cover people with pre-existing conditions.
    • Insulin price caps: Recent legislation has included provisions capping insulin costs for Medicare recipients.
    Economy and social policy
    • American Rescue Plan: Enacted in 2021 under the Biden administration, this pandemic relief package provided direct stimulus payments to Americans, extended unemployment benefits, and increased funding for public health.
    • Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act:Passed in 2021, this bipartisan bill directed significant investment toward repairing roads and bridges, upgrading public transit, and expanding broadband internet access.
    • Inflation Reduction Act: Passed in 2022, this legislation included major provisions aimed at lowering prescription drug costs, investing in clean energy, and reducing the national deficit.
    • Student debt relief: In 2024, the Biden-Harris administration canceled billions in student loan debt for hundreds of thousands of borrowers, including many who attended Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
    • American Recovery and Reinvestment Act: Enacted in 2009 under the Obama administration, this stimulus package was a response to the Great Recession, featuring tax cuts, expansion of unemployment benefits, and funding for education, healthcare, and infrastructure.
    • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA):While signed into law earlier in the 1990s under Bill Clinton, Democrats have supported continued expansions and protections related to FMLA.
    Environment
    • Climate change initiatives: The Inflation Reduction Act included the largest investment in U.S. history to combat climate change, aiming to accelerate the transition to clean energy.
    • Paris Agreement: The U.S. rejoined the Paris Climate Accord under the Biden administration.
    Foreign policy
    • NATO expansion: The Biden-Harris administration helped to invigorate and strengthen the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) by supporting the addition of new member states like Finland and Sweden.
    • Support for Ukraine: In response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the Biden administration rallied international support and provided military aid to Ukraine.
    Americans lose with Republicans.

    Economic issues
    • Fiscal policy and tax cuts: Critics argue that Republican tax policies, such as the Bush tax cuts in the 2000s and the 2017 tax cuts under Donald Trump, have benefited the wealthy while significantly increasing the national debt. Analysis from the American Enterprise Institute and the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities has highlighted how these measures resulted in substantial revenue loss, disproportionately benefiting high-income households.
    • Response to the 2008 financial crisis: The Democratic House Financial Services Committee criticized Republican-controlled government bodies for failing to regulate risky mortgage lending practices during the period leading up to the 2008 financial crisis.

    Legislative and political strategy
    • Failure to repeal the ACA: When Republicans controlled both the White House and Congress in 2017, they failed to pass legislation to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This was seen as a major legislative failure for a party that had campaigned on the issue for years.
    • Increased partisanship and polarization:Analyses from institutions like Brookings and Gallup have documented how ideological polarization has grown significantly over the past two decades. Some argue that Republican political tactics, such as the use of the debt ceiling as a negotiating tool and blocking judicial appointments, have contributed to government dysfunction and gridlock.
    • Internal party divisions: Republican party infighting and power struggles have become more common, with different factions vying for influence. This has sometimes hindered the party's ability to govern effectively and has led to instability and chaos, as noted by observers after the 2022 election.
    • Weakening democratic norms: Critics, including the Brookings Institution, have raised concerns about democratic backsliding in states under Republican control since 2010. Tactics include gerrymandering and passing laws that make it more difficult for certain populations to vote.

    Policy positions
    • Environmental policy: Some have criticized Republican resistance to policies aimed at addressing climate change and promoting renewable energy sources. A 2009 Senate document, for instance, criticized the party for opposing significant efforts to improve energy efficiency and address global warming.
    • Healthcare policy: The Joint Economic Committee has published analyses suggesting that Republicans' legislative and administrative actions have threatened rural families by destabilizing insurance markets and reducing benefits.
    • Immigration reform: Attempts at comprehensive immigration reform have repeatedly failed over the past two decades. NBC News reported that these failures have occurred under both Republican and Democratic leadership and with bipartisan efforts.

You’re the one who is spouting off we are giving trillions to illegal immigrants when we are actually giving (“lending”) billions to the failed economic experiments in South America or the $75 billion earmark for ICE to rough up immigrants on camera because that’s what you think makes America strong.

Democrats are protecting Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.

Republicans have the same tired playbook: Tax cuts for multinational corporations and billionaires. Denigration of women. Dehumanization of minorities. And doing all this while hiding behind a cross so ordinary people are not bothered to second guess the motives.

traitor george publicizing his willful ignorance

Argentina peso was cratering, the $20 billion line-of-credit was a life line to prop it up
the $20 billion line of credit enabled Argentina to sell large quantity of soy to China,
effectively helping Milie's Gov to screw the US soy farmers some more

    more education for traitor george,
with that HUGE soy bean sales to China completed,
there is no need for Argentina to draw down against the line of credit.
