Crap, I'm planning to go back in 2 years...was it the food, water? I was just worried about the humidity and mosquitoes.
I said diarrhea is worse, because you cant do activities, without interrupting to go to the bathroom.
I can't say I've ever been constipated like many of you have. Sounds awful. When this happens, you may have a fecal impaction. This is gross, but next time it happens you may want to digitally free it (meaning with your finger). Gross? Yes. But that's a good way to disimpact it. something to keep in mind
