Why does the Russian investigation bother Trump so much?

If he has nothing to hide, why is he so enraged about it?

Why doesn't he just say, "Hey, no problem, I didn't do anything wrong, investigate all you want!"

Why is Trump so bothered by all of this?

He's afraid Sessions is going to take Trump Tower as an asset forfeiture.

A more pointed question is why he's channeling that anger at Sessions for recusing himself?

Pretty obvious it's because he expected the investigation to be squashed and fixed from the inside and felt that Sessions was supposed to protect him.

If he's not guilty of a crime then I've never seen an innocent person act more guilty in my life.

Maybe same reason why he had to lie about his inauguration crowd size. He doesn't see illegal as an issue - can always pardon himself, but seeing as not winning, but cheating to win.... That got to get to him. It's why many focus on the Russian interference and the illegal nature of it, but he keeps on harping on 'cry babies'. He can't let it go and he will destroy himself in the process.

What are the odds that Trump is doing public appearances with the recently freed OJ at some point in the future?

Correct... there are two sets of laws... those the rest of us follow, and those Trump and his people follow. There are two sets of morals... those that the rest of us follow, and those Trump and his people follow. There are two sets of truths...

There is a poll that shows that half of Trump supporters believe Trump won the popular vote. I suspect some are plainly stupid, and/or simply believe that if Trump is now President, he must have won the vote. But others know he didn't wn the popular vote... but still believe in some alternative truth that he won despite what happened.

It is not just Trump and his people, it is many of the super wealthy in this country, they believe the regular rules and laws does not apply to them, that can do as they please.

Heh... more drips, more dots. Many people believe Manafort is the key to these... and as usual, follow the money...

Sadly Trump lying isn't news for anyone. Trump being honest seems like it would be more of a story. But it is important to note to when he lies.

Amazing thing about this story is the writer of the story came on MSNBC and said that this whole story started when Kushners lawyers went through his emails and found the Don Jr email which made him go change his SF86 form again and you can read between the lines of what she said next about a plan of "getting out ahead of" the news that was inevitably coming out.

That's right... there's a good chance that Jared Kushner threw his brother in law under the bus with the "If it's what you say it is, I love it" story.

You can't make this stuff up I swear.

ABC News is now confirming the WaPo report by conversations they had with two high level WH officials.
