    Cod,

Thanks for the optimistic spin, too many on CF want to b**** and moan, but you always preach hope. Here's hoping and praying for your full recovery, your truly a BBS treasure!

Thanks codman for your insight. Good luck over there.

As for the Rockets, i am not as optimistic as you sound.

With the cap situation and high contracts being paid to unproven or even semi proven role players (see Mozgof/Rivers/etc) I can see that other teams will now see contracts like Brewers and Beverley as very reasonable valued deals. Maybe we can swing one or both of them to get one of the centers in the 76ers or attempt to get Whiteside with a good PG coming back in terms of a trade. Who knows, all I know is this offseason has started to become interesting. Just a lot slower than I would have hoped but intriguing non the less. :p:grin:;)

Because Rockets don't need to rebound at all anymore??

I didn't think a guy averaging 9.8 rebounds a game in his career thus far signifies that he's a horrendous rebounder?

76ers player that could change our PF spot dramatically is probably Robert Covington, and I agree!

Okay; Okafor it is then. I'd rather have Noel, but since it sounds like we prefer Okafor, that's fine by me. Young? Check. Legit big? Check. Upside? Check. Get s deal done.

What package would it take to get Jahlil? What about Boogie? No one mentions him in trade talks but hes disgruntled and they have like 15 centers over there right now.

Covington isn't a power forward. He weighs 90 lbs.

He's a flex 3/4. And you aren't beating Golden State with a 270 lbs plodding PF.

There's a middle ground. You aren't beating GSW with Covington at 4 either. He might literally be eaten alive by Draymond.

That's why you've got DMo and Capella.
