Can we pretty much lock up the Fournier and Conley threads and just put Codmans post in a codman thread? We need to un **** the GARM of this cluster.

    lmao that's ridiculous.
Conley goes to recruit Parsons and then leaves and goes to meet Dallas?
Does everyone hate Dallas and just want to waste their time and then reject them in their face?

If Mike Conley would prefer to play with Parsons over Harden then I wouldn't want Conley anyways.

The problem with everyone getting paid isn't the new salary cap increase. It's the ridiculous "Derrick Rose" rule that artificially caps what the top players salaries are and this throws off the market. If they got rid of this rule in conjunction with setting the salary cap out five years this crazy market would cease.

Damn Memphis locking themselves up for mediocrity for the next 4-5 years.

Gasol, Parsons and Conley on max contract and none of them are the, hands down, best at their position. None of them are even top 5, IMO..

Don't feel back about not committing 30 mill per year to a guy who has some overlap with Harden

You've got to be kidding if ü don't think gasol is a top 5 C in this league. Memphis is doing what they're supposed to. They were a top tier team with both gasol Conley playing and now they added what they needed a versatile shooter at the sf position

Which is why I'll repeat for the thousandth time, we need to rebuild through the draft. Free agency is too expensive and too unpredictable.

Some teams have no choice. There are only 3 players that can will a team to the nba playoffs alone and 80% of teams have no chsnce to get them
