    Yallmean,

Your signature "The soccer died when Diego Maradona retired" tells me that you value a single player over a team or even the whole of sports.

    Is this true?

You Tmac doubters can laugh at you want, but if you want to beat the lakers, you'll need Tmac in the line up. We simply can't be score enough to hold the Black Mamba and his troops down. I'm just being realistic but hey, surprise me rockets!

    Good call.

It's too late now but we can trade Tmac to the Lakers next season.

That way we dont have to worry about Lakers getting past the first round.

Nobody after Maradona excites me in soccer. Nobody. Kids these days Zizo this Zizo that, C.Ronaldo this and that, Messi this and that. All blah.

My love is with NBA right now.

This thread is f#$cking stupid. How do you think you're encouraging our team by disparaging one of our injured players? Move on you idiots.

I feel bad for the guy. He may have acted like an unprofessional idiot this year but he doesn't deserve the mockery and scorn he's going to get. He always left it out there in the playoffs and truth be told: this Portland team probably isn't as good as the Utah or Dallas teams that ousted us since he's been a Rocket. It helps that the team has gotten progressively better, and comparing Utah vs. Portland, it helps that the competition has downgraded a step. Unfortunately, he has not here this year to reap the benefits of that.

But yeah, he has $21M to spend and find his "peace". I just hope he knows that there are still some of us out there that appreciate what he's done for the team and don't rely on this "What have you done for me lately?" type of thinking.
