Man these orginzations are really asking to be lambasted by conservatives and right wingers about the "liberal mainstream media". How out of touch are these people who gave this award?
Hopefully at the very least Cuomo won't survive reelection in 2022. But if there is an impeachment process for NY governor, it should start soon.
I am guessing we will see Cuomo get his own show. Maybe it can be like Undercover Boss but Cuomo is an undercover sexual predator and the viewer has to figure out which women will rebuff his advances and end up being assaulted. Maybe at the end of the show he can snuff out an senior citizen in a rest home.
The entire article from the NY Post. Former aide Lindsey Boylan alleges Cuomo ‘sexually harassed’ her about looks By Bernadette Hogan and Lee Brown December 13, 2020 | 11:00am | Updated Gov. Andrew CuomoMike Groll/Office of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo MORE ON: A former aide to Gov. Cuomo now running for Manhattan borough president alleged Sunday morning on Twitter that her ex-boss “sexually harassed” her for her “looks” — but refused to share any more information. “Yes, @NYGovCuomo sexually harassed me for years. Many saw it, and watched,” wrote Lindsey Boylan on the platform. “I could never anticipate what to expect: would I be grilled on my work (which was very good) or harassed about my looks. Or would it be both in the same conversation? This was the way for years.” A spokeswoman for Cuomo responded Sunday that, “There is simply no truth to these claims.” As quickly as Boylan, 36, dropped the bombshell — in a thread about workplace sexual harassment, starting with her mother’s own experiences — she made clear she had no interest in sharing further details. “To be clear: I have no interest in talking to journalists. I am about validating the experience of countless women and making sure abuse stops,” she wrote in another tweet. Boylan served as Cuomo’s deputy secretary for economic development and a special advisor from March 2015 through October 2018, according to her LinkedIn profile. Boylan abruptly resigned her state job following scrutiny of her own conduct in the workplace — including allegations of harassment, according to personnel documents obtained by The Post. According to an internal memo from September of that year, three black employees went to state human resources officials accusing Boylan, who is white, of being a “bully” who “treats them like children.” Confronted with that and other workplace misconduct allegations — including that she let her travel expenses pile up to the tune of $8,000 before reconciliation, and told a subordinate she’d accept her resignation without consulting human resources — in a subsequent sit-down with state honchos, Boylan voluntarily resigned her post, the documents indicate. Days later, she had a change of heart and requested her job back, a third memo shows, but she ultimately moved on. Boylan, who last week tweeted that the governor’s office was the “most toxic team environment” to work for, did not respond to requests for comment on both her allegations against Cuomo and her own workplace record. She is currently mounting a campaign for Manhattan borough president in the 2021 election cycle. Boylan also claimed in one Sunday tweet that she knows she’s not alone in her experience. “Not knowing what to expect what’s the most upsetting part aside from knowing that no one would do a damn thing even when they saw it. No one,” she said. “And I *know* I am not the only woman.”
"Daniel Radcliffe walks out on the stage clearly high on crystal meth, he smiles at Lindsay Lohan and her track marks catch the corner of his eye... the makeup covering the bruising and infection is running under the hot lights and the illusion of beauty is gone. He smells vinegar on her face and body and figures she must have smoked heroin in the green room. That explains the track marks he thinks, she now is back to fight the dragon (and not rot away her arms)...... He is oddly aroused, not just aroused but instantly and completely warm inside. He tells himself this is a dangerous shag and not worth the effort......... Enough he thinks, then mumbles to himself before coughing and blurts out "The Emmy for best reality show star goes to Andrew Cuomo!".... Daniel fights everything inside him to not walk off the stage... he wants people to know he isn't Harry Potter, that he is an English God... Not even a Demi God but a full God like Poseidon..... He then looks at the zoom screen in front of him and there is Cuomo's hideous skin pocked face in super high resolution staring at everyone like a fat bloated frog. Daniel feels fear deep in his gut and is paralyzed by the Governor's green eyes and exaggerated features. Only now does he realize Lohan has been squeezing his hand. He sees the muscles in her arms flex and notices a drop of blood roll down her arm. He has flashback do the movie The Graduate. He is sick of making people laugh and feel special. He decided he wanted to do what was best for him! At that moment Daniel decided he would do everything in his power, and his new purpose in life would be to turn Lindsay Lohan into his own Mallory Knox. He and his honey bunny would go on an adventure no one would forget. In his head played the Folk Implosion song Endless Spree. Indeed no one would ever forget the brilliance of Daniel J Ratcliffe and Lindsay Margaret Lohan. Bodies would line the roads from here to Dakota." - An exert from Daniel J Ratclife's new autobiography "I'm the one, Natural one: Cochise and other tales of an English God
"Leading Democratic women silent on Gov. Cuomo’s sexual harassment scandal": https://nypost.com/2021/02/25/democratic-women-silent-on-cuomos-sexual-harassment-scandal/ excerpt: Leading female Democratic pols largely stayed silent Thursday on the sexual harassment allegations against Gov. Andrew Cuomo — even though some have been outspoken on the subject in the past. Vice President Kamala Harris was among the elected officials who didn’t respond to requests for comment on the claims made by former Cuomo aide Lindsey Boylan. Harris had notably called on Democrat Al Franken of Minnesota to resign in 2017 when she was a senate colleague from California. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and the usually voluble Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-The Bronx, Queens) were also mum following inquiries from The Post. Former New York senator and failed 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton didn’t respond to a similar request for comment, Fox News reported. During a conference call with reporters Thursday afternoon, New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand said she hadn’t read Boylan’s allegations. “But as I said, everyone has a right to be able to come forward, speak their truth, and be heard,” Gillibrand said. “And that’s true for her and that’s also true for Gov. Cuomo.” The former presidential candidate — who adopted a “zero-tolerance” policy that helped lead to Franken’s ouster — also said it would be “up to” the state legislature to investigate the claims. “I don’t know the investigative processes for the state government,” she said. “I have focused very intensely on the investigative standards here in the Senate, as well as for the House.” Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-Manhattan) issued a prepared statement in which she said, “All survivors of harassment and assault deserve to be heard and…have their case thoroughly investigated.” By contrast, she tweeted “#BelieveWomen” in support of Christine Blasey Ford during Senate confirmation hearings over Brett Kavanaugh’s successful, 2018 nomination to the US Supreme Court. more at the link
"Cuomo Is Accused of Sexual Harassment by a 2nd Former Aide": https://www.nytimes.com/2021/02/27/nyregion/cuomo-charlotte-bennett-sexual-harassment.html Cuomo Is Accused of Sexual Harassment by a 2nd Former Aide The woman, 25, said that when they were alone in his office, Gov. Andrew Cuomo asked if she “had ever been with an older man.” By Jesse McKinley Feb. 27, 2021Updated 8:52 p.m. ET ALBANY, N.Y. — A second former aide to Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo is accusing him of sexual harassment, saying that he asked her questions about her sex life, whether she was monogamous in her relationships and if she had ever had sex with older men. The aide, Charlotte Bennett, who was an executive assistant and health policy adviser in the Cuomo administration until she left in November, told The New York Times that the governor had harassed her late last spring, during the height of the state’s fight against the coronavirus. Ms. Bennett, 25, said the most unsettling episode occurred on June 5, when she was alone with Mr. Cuomo in his State Capitol office. In a series of interviews this week, she said the governor had asked her numerous questions about her personal life, including whether she thought age made a difference in romantic relationships, and had said that he was open to relationships with women in their 20s — comments she interpreted as clear overtures to a sexual relationship. Mr. Cuomo said in a statement to The Times on Saturday that he believed he had been acting as a mentor and had “never made advances toward Ms. Bennett, nor did I ever intend to act in any way that was inappropriate.” He said he had requested an independent review of the matter and asked that New Yorkers await the findings “before making any judgments.” Ms. Bennett said she ultimately decided not to insist on an investigation because she was happy in her new job and “wanted to move on.” No action was taken against the governor. In his statement, Mr. Cuomo called Ms. Bennett a “hard-working and valued member” of his staff with “every right to speak out.” He said that Ms. Bennett had spoken to him about being a sexual assault survivor — an experience about which she had been open in the past — and he had tried to be supportive and helpful. “The last thing I would ever have wanted was to make her feel any of the things that are being reported,” the governor said. The governor did not deny that he asked Ms. Bennett personal questions; he said in the statement that he would have no further comment until the review concluded. Ms. Bennett’s account follows another detailed accusation published on Wednesday by Lindsey Boylan, a former state economic development official who said that Mr. Cuomo had harassed her on several occasions from 2016 to 2018, at one point giving her an unsolicited kiss on the lips at his Manhattan office. more at the link
Only 24 more accusers to go and he catches up with Trump. I'd say they belong in a nursing home sharing a room together, but the other residents wouldn't be safe.
it's not Trump's fault Cuomo was harassing these women who worked for him, it was because he was playing Grand Theft Auto 5 while singing songs from the Muppets
I said that about Trump because those two now have 4 things in common. New York, for one. Politics, Covid (They lied about Covid deaths, were negligent, and have blood all over their hands.) Now Cuomo joins Trump in the disgusting role of being accused of sexual misconduct. Trump obviously has far more serious accusations and far more women accusers, but they are both in that category too.
