i wasnt aware of how bizarre and how un-democratic the democratic process is in california. the ballot says 1) do you want to recall the governor. 2) if so, who do you want. so if newswom doesnt get 50% then the victory goes to whomever gets the most votes in the 2nd question. so newsom could get 49% and then this larry elder jackass could get 20% and become governor. is california the only state with recall rules set up like this? crazy! and whats to stop democrats from recalling whomever should win? can they immediately call for it or do they have to wait a certain amount of time to do so.
The way to do it for people who don't want Elder is to vote NO on step one and then vote for one of the Democrats on step 2. Just in case step one goes in favor of the recall then there will be a vote for someone other than Elder.
