Desantis should focus on the comparatively poor math scores from Florida students on the SAT. In 2019, Florida was one of 8 states where 100% of seniors took the SATs. They were last in mean math score. In 2020 they were one of 7 states with 100% participantion. They were last in mean math score. In 2021 81% took the SATs. A handful of states had a similar rate. Once again, Florida was last in mean math score.

But let's focus on problems that don't exist.

By definition the founder of Libertarianism Ayn Rand was a Malignant Dangerous Narcissist. She's someone who defended the genocide of Native Americans for crying out loud. She's the original "greed is good" a$$hole of the world. She also .... as a libertarian.... spoke out AGAINST antidiscrimination legislation to protect people's FREEDOM to be gay or well... be black.

Libertarianism isn't the government version of a utopia like the movie "The Beach." Even then in that fantasy life had some sort of rules even if the rules are to have no rules, and even then you just make things worse by shielding yourself from realities in order to benefit your own personal pleasure in the moment.

As a species we are meant to have community and fairness. Don't believe me... go to a kindergarten class tomorrow. Go give every kid one cookie, and then give one kid 20 cookies. See what happens.

Libertarianism is just a fantasy created to excuse being a greedy jerk, and even if it was a reality in theory the word "Conservative" is in direct conflict with the "anything goes" fantasy of Libertarianism.
