So, if a child asks if it is ok for their parents to be two women or men, the teacher has to say "I can't discuss that" like it's wrong. If a child is picked on or bullied for being gay, then a teacher can't have a discussion on bullying kids, and teaching them that it is not ok to bully children because of who they like, and they should treat their classmates with love and not hate.

My answer is that I grew up with everyone being free to make all their own decisions at age 18, and I consider that reasonable.

Overall, old farts like you and me have of course become much wiser over time (cough), and 18 year olds make all kinds of dumb decisions of course, but at some point, people have to live with their decisions, and one has to let them.

As to the other part of your question, teenage pregnancies are of course a problem that mostly has to do with education (or lack thereof), but clearly, the teenager herself must not be penalized or anything. It was clearly a rhetorical question, what do you expect me to say?!
