Most child sexual abuse happens between the male patriarch and the female daughters of a family in string religious households like the Duggar community. And community that creates a strong male patriarch hiearchy creates a unaccountable power group that will sexually exploit any female including daughters in their path if the community believes in giving so much authority to one group of people. This is the most common type of sex abuse towards minors that happens in this country - between the abusive patriarch and the females of the family. This extends to any organization that follows this male hiearchy like religious organizations, especially religious organizations. The stronger one has faith in the belief that women must submit to the husband according to the Bible or Quran the higher the likelihood there is some sort of sexual abuse going on in the household.

A pedophile is someone who is (likely exclusively) sexually attracted to children. That's not really what I'm talking about. The historical pattern of "person compelled to not have sex with other adults" ending up sexually abusing children is pretty well worn.

Like what organization outside of religion would kick a female out of their organization because the female divorced their husband because the husband sexually abused their daughter multiple times? Ya the wife got punished because she had the audacity to divorce. This type of mindset is what causes sex abuse. The belief that young females should be shielded by the outside world causes situations where these girls do not even develop the vocabulary to express their sexual abuse by their fathers. This is rampant in fundamentalist christian homeschooling networks. There is no inherent type of person that wants to mess with kids. So in reality you find places that have abuses of power where the people at the top aren't held accountable so men in religious communities are a prime example of groups of people in communities that are held unaccountable. That's where you'll see concentrations of child abuse. Mothers, siblings etc are afraid to call out the patriarch.
It more of where there are groups of people that have power and are held unaccountable. Men in Abrahamic religions communities often aren't held accountable and therefore you see rampant child abuse in these situations.
I do want data because I feel like all the Catholic priests and sandusky's went on so long because there is a belief system that young girls are the target so boys are not considered at risk and become food for pedos. You obviously believe its girls for some reason so I thought you had some info on that. If some scout leader was like imm take all these girls alone on a hiking trip people would shut it down or have multiple responsible adults always present. For boys they get left.
Just understand where there is strong hierarchical power where the top has little accountability, sexual abuse will be common.
