Hospitalizations are higher in Texas than anytime during the Pandemic. Almost all are unvaccinated. Wife works in Healthcare.

I don't think police checking papers is the main way to encourage vaccinations and I think mandating businesses do it is tricky as well (though they should be allowed to, if they want to deal with the hassles). I would use non-critical infrastructure and stuff like the NFL is doing. Canada and some other countries just announced that you need vaccine proof to travel domestically on airplanes or trains. Several universities in the US are tacking on a non-vax student fee ($500-$1000) to cover additional testing, quarantine space, etc. The NFL has just made being non-vaxxed a pain in the ass. People still would have choices as there's no fundamental right to fly or go to university or play football. When all this started, libertarians were against business closures because they thought people should have a right to choose and those that were scared could just stay home. I'd argue the same now - we can have new regulations and people that are scared of getting the vaccine can choose to stay home while the rest of society more quickly gets back to normalcy.

I highly doubt we will get to the point of police stopping people on the street and checking papers. LE is stretched thin enough to start doing vaccination enforcement. The only time you might see LE checking for vaccinations is if those are required to enter government facilities, such as a courthouse. In which case if someone is unvaccinated they would probably just make them wear a mask. On a sidenote I had an run in with LE regarding COVID a couple of weeks ago. I was going to a Twins' game and riding the Minneapolis LRT. Transit police came on board to do a random check to catch fare jumpers. Public transit still requires people to be masked whether they are vaccinated or not. I had forgotten to wear or bring a mask since being outdoors, even at Target Field no longer requires that. When the LEO came to me I pulled my shirt over my mouth and nose and apologized. I told them if they needed me to get off and/or gave me a ticket I understood. Instead they just gave me a mask. I think in most cases LE will act that way. I think the idea that we are going to enter a police state regarding vaccinations is a fantasy.

Ivermectin is a drug that used to treat various parasite infections and works well in that regard (that includes O. volvulus, the parasite responsible for river blindness). Any COVID effectiveness is theoretical at best. Nothing has been proven clinically.
There is quite a bit of research on melatonin, good and bad. I have taken it over the years with excellent results. I used Source Naturals 2.5 mg sublingual. I only use a very low dose which is one tablet of 2.5mg. Since last year that I have been following the Ivermectin protocol, I upped it to 7.5mg, the protocol called for much higher dosage than that, but I feel comfortable at that dosage. Don’t let what you read scared you too much about melatonin.
We use the topical version on our cattle for intestinal worms and such, I'd be happy to give you a spritz if you were so inclined

If you want to play Covid roulette, by all means, go for it. Don't expect us to care if you get sick or die. Your choice. Goes for anyone that doesn't get vaccinated by CHOICE. My problem is your potential to get children sick who cannot get vaccinated at the moment. Told wife about Ivermectin, she pulled out a tube used for topical skin applications. She just LAUGHED and shook her head about the COVID use.

I used to be skeptical of Ivermectin but I’ve changed my mind after what I saw the way my cousin who lives overseas recovered when they gave him Ivermectin, I’ve spent a good 2 months reading up everything about this drug and believe me, they’re actively trying to suppress this vital information from you and I. I want a way to protect myself and my family prior to the arrival of the vaccine. Here we are with the vaccine and just as I suspected, they continually pushing this vaccine on us and suppressing the other treatments or preventions. We must ask ourselves why is that? If you have that much faith in something, you will not be fearful of another thing and trying actively to suppress it. I’ve said in the other post, I am not an anti vaxxer. I believe in vaccines and I know they saved lives. I have been vaccinated with various shots over the years. However, this vaccine raises many unsettling questions for me and how it came about along with the side effects including deaths. I am not opposed to people who want to take this vaccine, if you feel this is the only way you can protect yourself again this virus, please do so.
