Taking over a team that's the best in its conference AND becoming the highest paid WNBA head coach, ever? Sheeeeesh. 2022 gonna be Hammons' year.
all for the money. She could have chilled to become the first woman in the nba. If she fails in the wnba, kiss that dream goodbye.
That's a lot of pressure though, to be the first female head coach in the NBA. Imagine if she fails at that job. Might set a precedent for no team ever hiring a female coach again.
She was never going to be the first female nba head coach because that was never going to happen. There will never be a female head coach in the nba just like there will never be a female head coach in the NFL. She can't relate to the players, Pop gave her a lot of leash and that team doesn't pack the same punch it once did. Can you imagine how Stephen A's head will explode if all the black assistants that have been in the league for years, many of them have garnered more success (actual success in the nba) are passed over for a short white lesbian? This is a good move for her, she can do no wrong in the eyes of the media so even if she doesn't win a championship she'll still be hailed as a great coach. It's a no-lose situation
Hmmm..... That means Bill Lambert has left the LV Aces. Please Lawd, let this man take over the Rockets organization. He was my pick before they went with Silas. Bill is available now....GET HIM ASAP. Oh, and congrats to Becky.
I google image searched 'BDSM leash gif' to try and find a funny one, to post in response. Couldn't find one but now I'm scarred for life. So there's that.
