I am happy for Shane, and the Grizzlies, they won their first playoff game, and now their first series, and they earned it.

    And without Rudy "who"?

They won it with battier and no gay, that's awesome. Didn't they just hand him a max contract?

Threads like these are the reason why this guy is one of the most over-rated players in the Rockets franchise history, if not the #1 on that list.

This board rates him higher than the GMs across the league, including the Rockets GM.

    Two words....

    Hasheem

    Thabeet.

shane didn't "lead" the grizzlies to the 2nd round. he was a bench player that "contributed" to that.

if he played the same role (off the bench) for us, maybe we would have been more successful.

The man was a class act in his time in HTown, and he didn't want to leave. We could have offered an ext. wich he most likely would have accepted, there is no reason to hate on the guy.
Glad for him and the Grizz.

He's like the prodigal son, returning to his home and leading that franchise to glorious triumph with his Tenacious smile.
I miss the guy. Still cannot see why he couldn't come off the bench for us.

Oh well. we got thabeet! yeaaay
