    BMI is an absolute joke. It dose NOT take muscle mass into calculation. It just adds up weight and height into consideration. Scalpel and skin fold testing is the correct way to go.

    Im hovering at around 9 percent body fat right now after I did a skin fold test 5 days ago but given I’m 6 foot 4 and 240 pounds on BMI it wont take the low body fat percentage into account

    I mean, its TX and its Houston.
