    yeah dude, to me it seems like you're at the point where you have to completely avoid it for a while. a couple of years. Going in with limits and stuff clearly doesn't work. (Never worked for me, cause I knew in the back of my mind that the limit didn't actually matter) I mean, sure, you could have the discipline to do it. But you don't actually get enjoyment out of $200 of gambling (I'm guessing)...there's no thrill left in that for you. So it's gotta either be big or nothing. To avoid losing big.. just gotta avoid playing.

    That voluntary banning from casinos is a cool thing that they have.. i like the idea.
