Condemned Killer tries to Donate Organs after Execution

That is a good point. It might not be paying off prison officials but what if someone who is rich and desperately needs a new organ tells a condemned a prisoner they will pay off their family if the condemned gives up their appeals to be executed earlier.

It seems like if this was something that might be gradually accepted this would've become an issue earlier but as far as I can recall this hasn't been much of an issue except for criticism of the PRC for harvesting organs from executed prisoners.
